We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards). Payment is due in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
4. Service Limitations
We take reasonable care in performing our services but are not liable for:
- Damage to surfaces that are already compromised (e.g. chipped paint, loose fixtures)
- Property issues resulting from aging materials
- Interruptions due to weather, equipment failure, or client delay
Clients must ensure surfaces are safe and structurally sound before our team performs work.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.
- Refunds are issued only in cases of service failure or proven billing errors.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide clear access to the work site
- Disclose fragile or sensitive surfaces
- Secure pets, valuables, and remove obstructions
- Ensure water supply is accessible
Failure to prepare the site may result in delay or cancellation.

All content on our website including logos, service descriptions, and visual media is the property of Cova Pro-Wash and Landscaping and may not be copied, reused, or modified without permission.
